Our Residentsline buildings policy underwritten by Norwich Union automatically provides cover following external damage to passenger lifts, plus Public Liability insurance up to a Limit of Indemnity of £5,000,000 (Restricted to £2,000,000 in respect of Terrorism).
However, under Health and Safety Regulations there is a duty on Companies to ensure that passenger lifts are formally inspected by a competent authority every 6 months.
