Tina Hough – Senior Account Manager
I have been part of the renewals team at CHUResidentsline for over 10 years. My work includes underwriting and making customer calls to ensure policyholders remain satisfied with our service. Because so many renew with us year after year I feel like I know them as friends rather than clients, which gives me great satisfaction, especially when I know they’re happy!
I am married to a retired Police Officer (Richard) and have a 17 year old son (Robert) who is hoping to be a Police Officer.
In my spare time, I enjoy visits to National Trust properties and otherwise like to relax with a nice glass of wine whilst listening to a diverse range of music from Classical to Iron Maiden.
One day I want to be back to the figure I had at 18!
